Your Perfect Pitch: Craft and Execution

Does pitching your work spike your heart rate—not in a good way? Are you looking for tips to deliver a more effective pitch? Or maybe you don’t know where to begin crafting a pitch. Maybe you’re just feeling rusty. If any of these are true for you, this workshop can help. We’ll cover what makes a great pitch, how to write and turn a pitch into a relaxed conversation, the art of the pitch itself, with variations, and maybe even have time to workshop your own pitch, if you have one ready.

Join the Horror Writers Association, Colorado, and author Saytchyn Maddux-Creech for Your Perfect Pitch: Craft and Execution to discuss best practices in pitching your work to an agent or publisher. Your Perfect Pitch is a free, online workshop taking place via Zoom on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, from 7 pm to 8:30 pm Mountain time. No registration is required.
