HWA Colorado invites members and the public to a modern twist on a winter classic: ghost stories. Join the HWA CO on Thursday, December 18, 2025, from 7 to 8:30 pm via Zoom for these ghostly tales.
In this virtual event, horror writers will tell their ghost stories, real or imagined, to celebrate the winter season. This tradition reached its peak in the Victoria era but stretches long into the past with ancient rituals that celebrated the time where the veil between worlds was thin.
Now, HWA CO is participating in this yuletide tradition, bringing a little spooky to winter’s holiday cheer. At the end of the event, the audience must then decide which stories were true and which were fiction.
